» » Michael White Releases “The Savior Is Here”




He is one of Gospel music’s most notable songwriters.  Artist like Troy Sneed, Earl Bynum and Alexis Spighthave recorded his songs and landed on the top of the charts.  His music is also heard in small and large churches across the country like The Mount Cathedral in Chesapeake, VA and his home church –Reid Temple in Washington, DC.  Michael White is a songwriter with an astute gift and a prolific anointing for writing sacred music and is now presenting worship music for the Christmas season and beyond.
Michael has released his first holiday worship single “The Savior Is Here”.  The single is produced by Kevin Kelley (VaShawn Mitchell, Bishop Paul Morton, Donnie McClurkin, Prince of Peace Church), and arranged by Kelley and award winning musician Trent Phillips (Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Full Gospel BC Choir, Donnie McClurkin, Kevin Lemons).
“The Savior Is Here” not only showcases Michael’s songwriting, but also demonstrates his versatile and exceptional abilities as a soloist and worship leader.
Michael is a Washington, DC native and has released two highly acclaimed albums CONQUERORand SING OVER ME.  He recently won the 2018 Rhythm of Gospel Award for Producer of The Year for SING OVER ME.  Michael leads worship weekly as the Minister of Music at Reid Temple Church North Campus in Silver Spring, MD and at the Washington, DC Campus.
